Episode 5 – Your Body is Talking. Are You Listening?

Over the past seven years when I have been working with women to gain freedom, success and optimum health and wellbeing in their life, they have always been surprised how uncovering and removing the emotional barriers that are keeping them stuck also alleviated any physical symptoms they were experiencing and even helped them get rid of a dependence on certain medications.

After their transformations, these women accelerated in their life in more ways than they had ever conceived they would because any difficult situation they encountered was able to be tacked efficiently with no emotional charge to slow them down.

Better decisions are made, more effective communication techniques are established for harmony and progression and they coped better with stress and the natural nurturing of   relationships enhanced their health and self-esteem.   Women who have solid relationships where they can share their emotions and feel supported tend to live longer, happier lives.

How Your Body Responds

Being stuck in emotional turmoil constantly self-sabotaging and not fulfilling your own vision of your life usually leaves you feeling misunderstood and hopeless.

Higher rates of anxiety and depression have been reported when women feel like this, which in turn, weakens their immune system and makes them more vulnerable to disease.

 If more women realized this and made the connection between emotional wellbeing and physical wellbeing, I imagine they would place a higher value on being emotionally fit and not put themselves on the bottom of their ‘fix it’ list.

More women would be having courageous conversations about clearing out the negativity that is racing in their minds impacting every decision and every move they make.  Change would be a higher priority, no matter how awkward they might feel initially.

Your thoughts are a powerful energy source.  Your life works better when you use this power to work for you, not against you and you can do this by changing your thoughts to heal your mind and your body.

Recoding my subconscious mind back to peace is the most freeing choice I have ever made and the joy it brings me to watch other women do the same is both exquisite and priceless.

If you are suffering ailments, this is your body’s signal to you that holistic change for the better is needed.

This may make it easier to understand how this works:  ‘ You are a soul with a physical body not a physical body with a soul’.

You have an energy within you that keeps your cells alive and working.  If you are having problems within your body then you need to go to your soul centre and check in with how you are feeling emotionally.

By getting the answer within your emotional well-being  and making that connection to the state of your physical wellbeing, then you are on the correct path for healing.  Any woman can have absolute freedom within their heart and mind and be able to live their life for their highest intention and success,

You just have to make the decision that you have had enough of the ‘old way’ and decide that you are worth more to have a better and more fulfilled life not only for yourself but also for those that you care about in both your personal and professional areas of your life.

The first place to start is communication, particularly  your own internal communication.   Trust your intuition and when the internal signals you receive from your body match your values and the actions you take, you will likely feel calm, peaceful and aligned.   Working on what you truly value and what is most important to you in your life helps this process.

When you’re not aligned (in other words, when you override your body’s signals and take action that is different from what you really want) you may feel overwhelmed, upset or disconnected. How could you possibly communicate effectively with others when you are ignoring what your own body is telling you?

Signals of Change

When you communicate with a person and you can sense or see negative traits within them, then this is a sign and instant review to you of what may be within you and you need to make some changes to fix this within you.

The old say “It takes one to know one” is very true, however, this is your gift to understand yourself better.

On the flip side, seeing positivity is good because you know that you have it within you and you are attracted to that positive feeling you are getting from the other person.

Our modern society can at times, make us feel disconnected with who we are within.  We can feel a bit lost and, unfortunately, most of us wait until we are desperate or, in the extreme, dying before we stop to take a look at what we are doing to ourselves.

If you pause and become aware and work out what you are doing to cause a small aliment then it could stop a big ailment building and affecting you in your future.

Take a good look at your life and tune in to what you are feeling in your body with open eyes and open reasoning.

Your life is a ‘do-it-yourself’ contract and it is up to you to oversee all changes both good and bad.  No one else can live your life for you.  No one can breathe for you.  No one can eat for you and no one else can raise your level of consciousness for you.    The only thing you have to do in this life is to be responsible for yourself.

Your body is the barometer that tells you when you are not stepping up and taking that responsibility.  If you don’t take notice and push it to the side until another day, the result is your body will be that you get sick and/or suffer pain.

Disease does not bring pain.  The pain of your soul brings disease.  Pain is good because it gives you the idea that you need to look into yourself.  Use the pain for your own good and heed the warnings!

All the things that go against us and create disharmony in our thinking are reactive emotions – which are often influenced by those around us.  It is our intellect, our ego – our thinking mind and it likes to overtake us.  It wants to control our life, but we need to police our thoughts so it cannot take control.

When you follow your true heart feelings, you are doing what is best for you and you are in control of your own life.  When you react from a highly emotional  state poor decisions are made.

Treat your life like you would treat your business.   You would always want to run your business efficiently and effectively,  yet you may neglect the very vessels you need to work well to sustain the way you really want to live – your mind and our body!

When you help yourself first, that is when you are truly helping the world!
